Engineering Accreditation

The Civil, Computer and Electrical Engineering Programs of AUD's School of Engineering are accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, 111 Market Place, Suite 1050, Baltimore, MD 21202-4012, USA.

The Mechanical Engineering Program at AUD will start in Fall 2010, with the first graduating class expected in Spring 2014. The program will apply for ABET accreditation immediately upon graduating its first class, for retroactive accreditation of the program for all Mechanical Engineering graduates.
All programs of AUD's School of Engineering (i.e., Civil, Computer, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering) are accredited by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, PO Box 45133, Abu Dhabi, UAE, tel +971(2) 642-7772.
